Questionnaires usually comprise of two broad types of
question - open-ended and closed:
Open-Ended Questions
Open-Ended Questions ask a general question and allow the respondent to provide
a reply in their own words |

Closed Questions ask a specific question and ask the respondent to select
from one or more 'response categories'.
