West Sussex Lifestyle Survey of 14-15 year olds 2007
Synopsis:
This survey was conducted with Year 10 pupils in 30 schools across
West Sussex during the summer term of 2006. The survey was undertaken to
understand the social and health behaviour of young people and to make
an assessment of the prevalence of risk taking behaviour by the group.
5292 pupils completed the survey.
The survey asked questions on a range of topics including smoking,
alcohol, drugs, emotional well-being, diet and exercise, leisure time,
bullying and truancy. The findings report has been distributed to
schools and agencies to use in the planning and development of their
services.
