South Birmingham Health Profile 2003

The purpose of this report is to provide a brief overview of the health of residents of South Birmingham, using available data and information. It aims to identify the most significant health issues facing the local health economy, with particular emphasis on health inequalities. The report attempts to be current and appropriate, by including 2001 census data only recently made available by ONS and by adopting a socio-environmental model of health.
