Mid Sussex Lifestyle Survey 2007

Synopsis:

Mid Sussex District Council and local NHS services conducted the Lifestyle Survey to understand the health status of the local population and to aid planning and development of preventative services. An anonymous postal questionnaire and reply paid envelope was sent to 10,991 adults aged 25-64 years, selected at random from a list of people registered with a GP in Mid Sussex. A thirty-seven percent response rate was achieved with 4042 surveys returned.
