Doncaster Lifestyle Survey 2000
Synopsis:
The aim of the survey was to obtain data on the health-related
behaviour of the population of Doncaster, and of the
three Primary Care Trusts. A cross-sectional survey was carried out
using a postal questionnaire based on the Trent Health Lifestyle Survey.
The sample was drawn from Doncaster residents aged between 16 and 70
years registered with a general practitioner (full details of the
sampling process are available in the Technical Report). Reports were
produced on: Alcohol; Diabetes; Chest Pain; Obesity, Diet and Fitness;
Smoking; and Stress.
